Comfortable and Family Friendly

Standard seating for seven passengers makes the 2019 Acura MDX an easy choice for small families in Charlotte who need the easy convenience of being able to carpool with just a moment's notice. A new one-touch smart-slide access option makes packing into the third row easier. Premium options like leather upholstery, a sunroof, tri-zone auto climate control, a power liftgate, gorgeous Desert Olive Ash wood trim, and high-contrast stitching at the door panels and on seats makes the Acura MDX an even more competitive option.

New A-Spec Exterior Styling

Along with the iconic Diamond Pentagon Grille and standard Jewel Eye® LED Headlights, the stylish 2019 Acura MDX will offer a stunning new A-Spec appearance package option. The package will include chrome dual exhaust outlets, darker trim accents, and an exclusive, unique front fascia.

Two Varieties of Practical and Potent Performance

The new Acura MDX lineup will offer a gas powertrain standard on most; and a hybrid system exclusive to the Sport Hybrid model. The 2019 Acura MDX SUV comes standard with a 3.5-liter V6 engine, good for 290 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. The engine is mated this year to an enhanced nine-speed automatic transmission that's been updated for 2019 to deliver smoother acceleration from a start. The Sport Hybrid 3-motor system works alongside a 3.0-liter engine; altogether this hybrid system is good for 321 horsepower. Standard adaptive suspension dampers on the 2019 Acura MDX ensure a more comfortable ride quality, while available Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive™ gives you all of the capability that you need--thought front-wheel drive does come standard on most models to optimize efficiency and offer a lower starting price.

Standard Safety and Connected Technology

Exciting news for Charlotte families is that the AcuraWatch suite--with forward collision warning with autonomous braking, lane keep assist and lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and road departure mitigation--will still come standard for 2019. Inside, a broad 7.0-inch touchscreen serves as one of two displays in the dual-screen infotainment system, and works seamlessly with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay with compatible smartphones.
