Hendrick Acura Mobile Assistance Vehicle

We have recently added a New Acura MDX to our Service Program. The MDX will be available to Hendrick Acura VIP Customers who need mobile assistance on the road, in a situation that can be resolved by fixing the problem on the spot. This will save the time of a tow-in, and can get you back on the road as soon as possible. This is our way of saying thank you for being a loyal Hendrick Acura custoamer

Hendrick Acura VIP Loaner Program

We have recently extended our Hendrick Acura Loaner Program to 50 New Acura Vehicles. We have decided to exceed the maximum provided by Acura Headquarters. We have purchased our own vehicles to ensure only the best experience for our Hendrick Acura VIP Customers.

Service Vehicle Pick-Up

Upon completion of your service needs, you can take delivery of your vehicle at our facility Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Any payments due for service work performed must be made prior to delivery. For your convenience we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and personal check. These arrangements can be made with your service advisor.

Night Drop

Early Bird/ Night Drop Service is available at the Acura Service Entrance. Blank Night Drop Envelopes are readily available at the Acura Service Entrance inside the black Night Drop wall box. Simply fill out all the information on the envelope, place your key inside, and drop it through the mail slot in the service entrance door.

Alternate Transportation

In our continuing effort to provide you with excellent service, we at Hendrick Acura offers several options of alternative transportation when your Acura is in our Service Department. These options include:

*Morning Shuttle Service (Departs 8:20am) one way limited to 10 miles / Available with any Acura Service Visit.

*Acura Loaner Car (Available when major warranty repairs or maintenances performed by us on your Acura exceeds 2.5 hours. Reservation must be made with Service Advisor when scheduling service appointment) Subject to availability even when reserved / Must have valid Driver License and proof of insurance / Must sign agreement and return car in the same state of cleanliness with same level of fuel as received. Any damage or citations will be the responsibility of the customer.

Diagnostic Policy

Cars diagnosed and not repaired at our dealership will incur a standard $89 per hour diagnostic charge. Should the vehicle be repaired by Hendrick Acura at the time it is diagnosed, the fee will be waived.
